The Western Safety Group intends to present three awards to an employee, a group of employees, or a company, who has proposed or introduced an “Outstanding Safety Initiative” within their organisation. The awards will consist of a magnificent trophy, a framed certificate and a cheque ($300, $200 and $100).
ALL fully paid-up Member Companies, regardless of size, are eligible to forward submissions.
CLOSING DATE: 14th NOVEMBER, 2014
The Committee will evaluate all entries and select the award winners.
The awards will be announced and presented to the winners at the AGM in November.
All entries will receive a Certificate in acknowledgment of participation.
APPLICATIONS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED USING THE ENTRY FORM AVAILABLE IN THE MEMBERS SECTION OF THE WEBSITE AND MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
- COMPANY NAME
- COMPANY ADDRESS
- APPROXIMATE SIZE OF THE BUSINESS
- A SHORT PROFILE ON THE COMPANY
- NAME OF EMPLOYEE OR GROUP MAKING THE SUBMISSION
- A SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE INITIATIVE (no more than 2 pages)
- WHAT IS THE INITIATIVE
- BENEFITS PROPOSED/ACHIEVED
- CAN INCLUDE PHOTOGRAPHS, DIAGRAMS, ETC
